Self-service portal for boda-boda riders buying electric motorbikes through daily loan payments, in Kenya.
Riders had no view of their loan, and support ran through phone calls, putting on-time repayment at risk. Designed the rider-facing product and (with Claude Code) built it as near-shipping code the client's engineering team builds from.
Part of a long-term collaboration, where also designed their customer-facing web presence and brand polish.
